Beijing Fada Law Firm（the former "Beijing No. 6 Law Firm"）was founded in 1985. It is one of the biggest and most famous law firms in China. All of its lawyers are law experts and professors from China University of Politics and Law and professional lawyers with at least middle technical titles. It is powerful and experienced in dealing with affairs as civil, criminal, contract, company, real estates, building project, intellectual property rights, environment and natural resources protection, tariff, finance, maritime affairs, international trade and investment, and also law affairs in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Many of our lawyers has participated in the constitution and amendment of laws as the General Rules of Civil Law, Economic Contract Law, Contract Law, Company Law, Maritime Law, Civil Procedure Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Copyright Law, Administrative Procedure Law, Criminal Law and Law of Negotiable Instruments. Moreover, many lawyers hold part-time positions as legal consultants, commissioners or arbitrators in China Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, China Maritime Affairs Arbitration Commission and Beijing Arbitration Commission.

At the end of 2000, Beijing FADA Law Firm legally reformed to a partnership law firm. The personnel structure and office site keep the same, but the team coordination and organization management were greatly improved. We are willing to provide law services to every walk of life.
