Doubtful Case Study

Since 1996, our firm begins to cooperate with the Doubtful Case Study Center of China University of Politics and Law. It retains the professors and law experts from PEIKING University, QINGHUA University, People University of China, People Police University of China, China Social Science institute or other universities, law research organizations and judiciary departments to conduct studies involving civil, commercial, criminal, financial, IPR, marine and international trade affairs. Besides the ordinary doubtful case study, the Center also explores and studies new law fields and new problems occurred. Sometimes, the Center will invite scholars and experts of different majors to conduct collective "diagnosis" according to the character of every case. The expert group will make a reasonable and impersonal decision by rights and justice to bridge the client and the law fact. While solving the problems, it also provides constructive suggestions to legislation and its precise implementation.
